How to Write a Condition and Prognosis Report is a practical two-hour evening for clinicians doing expert witness work. It moves from why condition and prognosis reports are required and where they sit in the legal process, through eliciting the current condition, medical causation and material contribution, and the prognosis, rehabilitation, and costs of treatment.

Dr Wael Agur and Aoife Ni Eochaidh then show how to work efficiently, including the CODE method (Capture, Organise, Distil and Express), aide memoires and report templates, and recent court guidance on using AI. Two interactive real world medico-legal cases follow, each with the allegation and response, the consultation approach, multiple choice questions, and the outcome.

Online. £79 per ticket. Times shown are UK time (BST).
