New webinar series on medical evidence
This summer we are launching a live webinar series featuring leading medico-legal practitioners. Six sessions explore topics ranging from causation to cross-examination.

We are excited to announce a new six-part webinar series running weekly from 1 July to 12 August 2026. Each session will feature a different expert speaker—barristers, judges, and senior medical experts—who will discuss key challenges in medico-legal practice. Topics include proving causation in medical negligence claims, managing bias in expert work, interpreting recent case law, and preparing for hostile cross-examination.
All sessions are held online at 5:00 PM BST and are free to attend. Attendees will receive session recordings and are encouraged to submit questions in advance. Register now on our events page; places are limited to 100 per session.
